SHIPPING INFO

 

Orders are immediately processed for shipping on next business day  (Mon-Friday with exception of holidays) via USPS. If a holiday occurs during our normal week, your order processes the day after the holiday. REFUND POLICY

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

 

We do not accept returns on DVDs that have been duplicated or copied. If, after testing a return DVD for copyright, we find it has been copied, no refund will be issued.

On free shipping orders, we deduct our shipping fee from the order. International orders are charged for original shipping plus a $4.99 restocking fee.
