Thank you Suzanne! You have changed my life and you're God blessed for me. I have a unique story. In 2016, I was diagnosed with Guillain Barre through a bowel obstruction operation.  I was in rehabilitation for one year due to the temporary paralysis. After coming home, I needed a hernia repair operation in 2018. Then in 2020, I had my left hip replaced and 2022, my right. I couldn't go to rehab after my last hip due to my sister becoming bedridden after a stroke. During it all, I  still had GB so here's where you come in. I couldn't get out so I just so happened to run across your show. Suzanne, you are a God send! I started in July 2022 and I exercise with you every day at 9:30am. I can't wait to see you in the morning! I'm using a walker but not for long. As a matter of fact,  I walk around the house without it because of your excellent teaching. I incorporate the balance exercise every other day plus I exercise on the weekends as well! I plan on exercising twice a day to increase my balance issue. It's only me, besides my sister in another room so when you say things like, "I'm proud of you" or "Don't hold your breath" as I usually am, it's like you are right in my own home! Next is water therapy but until then, I'll be watching you every day! I know this is long but I just had to say, tearfully,  thank you so much for being my therapist when No one else could or would!
