Learn the hidden dangers of urinary incontinence including an overactive and/or leaky bladder and what you can do about it.
It was just another day at the rehab center when I first met Marge. She was a sweet, 72-year-old woman who had fractured her back while hurrying to the bathroom. She slipped on a wet spot on the floor from leaking urine, and down she went. The pain was excruciating, and I knew it was going to be a long road to recovery. As her therapist, it was my job to help Marge get stronger and treat her incontinence with therapy exercises.
When interviewed for Prevention Magazine about my natural treatment for Urinary Incontinence, they asked why I produced 30 Day Bladder Fix. It was because of Marge and thousands of patients like her who have come through my rehab doors since 2006.
Marge was a kind soul. She had a radiance about her that could light up even the dullest of rooms. But one day, everything changed. The cheerful spirit we all knew and loved was replaced with pain and discomfort. It all started with a slip, a wet spot on the bathroom floor, and a fractured back. As her rehab specialist, I had to help her get back on her feet. Marge's incontinence was one of the biggest roadblocks we had to overcome. It made her feel embarrassed and frustrated, and she was too scared to leave the safety of her bed. But over time, with the right exercises and the right attitude, Marge got better. No longer did she leak, and she was strong enough to go home. It was patients like Marge that made me realize just how much people need access to physical therapy, even if they can't afford it. And so, I developed the 30-day Bladder Fix, a series of exercises and techniques designed to help people cure their incontinence naturally from the comfort of their own homes. As I watched Marge leave the rehab center, she turned back to me and said, "Thank you for giving me my life back." Her sincere gratitude filled my heart, and I knew this was my calling. To help those who needed it the most. And so, I set out on a mission to make the world a better place, one exercise at a time. Years have gone by, and I have helped countless people, but Marge still holds a special place in my heart. Her journey from pain and suffering to strength and independence was the inspiration for everything that I do. And so, every time I develop a new exercise or technique, I think of her and the countless others who need a helping hand.
What Choice Do You Have for Urinary Incontinence Aids?
Well, have you seen those advertisements promising women to “take charge of bladder leaks.” There’s photos of women dancing, laughing and promising joy if you buy their products every month. The incontinence products company are the only ones smiling if you use their products. The products are what I call a "forever expense' because you will have to continue to buy them, because they only mask the problem, they don't cure it.
And exactly what products are we talking about?
1. Pads or adult diapers:
Did you know that urine rubbing against your skin causes rashes and sores? Additionally, harmful bacteria from your pee can get into any open skin and cause an infection. How do I know this? As an Occupational Therapy Clinician who treats this all-to-common problem, I've seen many people being treated for wounds due to urinary incontinence. I too once suffered from incontinence and looked into every possible solution. After speaking with hundreds of patients, I found that the average cost for incontinence pads per year is $360.00 plus per year. Adult diapers are more at $400.00 per year. The costs goes up every year, so in 10 years, a person can spend at least $5000.00 in pads alone! Literally flushing money down the drain. What would you do if you didn't have that 'forever expense?'
2. Pills:
Did you know pills only work in less than 20% of women and according to Web MD, “the most commonly reported side effect of the drugs are dry mouth, dry skin, dry eyes, constipation and upset stomach. By the way, constipation makes urinary incontinence worse. And in older people, “complications from urinary incontinence medications are heart rhythms problems and sudden death.” I’m amazed at how many of my patients are taking 12 – 13 pills a day under the care of a physician. “You leak, here’s a pill, is the all too common answer.” Many patients arrive in rehab due to hip and wrist fractures received from rushing to the bathroom in the middle of the night and tripping on the wet spots.
3. Objects You Insert Into You Know Where
Really who invented this? There’s a painful exercise device that cost $249.00. (I tried it). Who thinks we ladies like to go around and shove objects into our private area as a form of exercise. There’s other objects you insert that is supposed to help you control the problem but it still doesn’t SOLVE the problem and these incontinence products can also cause an infection.
4. Surgery:
As of early 2015, an estimated 70,000 women filed lawsuits against mesh manufacturers after suffering serious injuries from the products. During my search for treatment, a urologist told me to undergo mesh surgery and I’m so glad I didn’t because problems from mesh surgery can include:
Severe pelvic, genital or groin pain
Rupture
Recurrence of prolapse or incontinence
Nerve damage
Vaginal scarring
Degrading of the mesh
Infection, including urinary tract infections (UTIs)
Neuro-muscular problems
Vaginal shrinkage or shortening
Vaginal bleeding
Blood in the stool or urine
4. Kegels:
You’ve probably heard about Kegels. Well #Kegels are not the total answer either. Doing Kegels and expecting a cure is like doing one sit up and expecting to get firm abdominals. The pelvic floor is made up of 14 different muscles. Additionally, you need to work the supporting muscles to effectively say goodbye to frequent leaks, urge incontinence or prolapse. Plus you need to do the exercises in a very specific way for the best results.
If you're one of the millions of people who suffer from bladder issues, you know that it can be a frustrating and embarrassing problem. Whether you experience leakage or frequent urges to go, it can be difficult to feel confident and comfortable in your daily life.
Fortunately, there are solutions available, such as pelvic floor exercises and the 30 Day Bladder Fix DVD.

What Stores Don't Want You To Know
One thing you won't find, however, is that DVD in stores. And there's a good reason for that. Stores make money by selling products, and if they can convince you to buy something every month, they're happy to do so. But if you invest in a product like the 30 Day Bladder Fix DVD, you'll be able to address your bladder issues and potentially eliminate the need for other products. This DVD is a one-time purchase that provides you with a comprehensive program for improving your bladder health. It includes exercises and techniques that are designed to strengthen your pelvic floor and improve your bladder control. And because you can do these exercises in the privacy of your own home, you don't have to worry about feeling embarrassed or uncomfortable.
No More Expensive Products or Therapy

By taking control of your bladder health with this program, you could end up saving yourself a lot of money. So why not give it a try and see how it can improve your quality of life?
I've done all the research for you to provide an evidence-based program that really works. I wanted to give women (and men) a natural way to eliminate Urinary Incontinence without pills, surgery, inserting foreign objects or expensive pads. If I can help you not go through the embarrassment that I went through, it will be worth it. And you don’t have to pay the expensive three-times-a-week co-pay for the therapeutic pelvic floor exercises I have taught all across the United States. You can sit in the comfort of your own home and do the program in privacy and unlike all the other programs out there, you don’t even have to get on the floor! It’s all done sitting on a chair and lying in bed. So many of my clients say that once they are on the floor, they can't get back up so I made sure that this program can be done by everyone.
You know what the best thing is? Hearing from you all about how 30 Day Bladder Fix is helping you save money, time and anguish! I’m so happy because you’re all my sisters in wellness and you deserve to get your life back.

Wow! This is exactly and I mean exactly what I needed. Had borrowed a friend's copy so I was familiar with the exercises and have found them sooooo doable! So I realized I just had to get my own copy. At 61 and post-menopause I felt everything going south. I would recommend anyone get this before that happens. The exercises are easy and well explained and I love the gentle mood music and the timer displayed. I also appreciated the bedtime exercises which I am doing before I go to sleep. I know this is helping because I can actually feel it working. Will keep you updated with my results after a couple of months. Thank you so much Suzanne Andrews for creating this!

5.0 out of 5 stars Wish I found this before surgery!
I had surgery and the mesh ruptured causing major damage. I thought I would have to live with a leaky bladder that made me have to rush to the bathroom. I really hate exercise but I saw how easy these exercises are and thought, I can do that. So glad I did! I don't leak anymore! Thank you so much! I wish I'd found this before doing the sugery. surgery
1.0 out of 5 stars poorly researched. I had 12 weeks of therapy. I played it only once and found a better DVD.

Misses the mark. The pelvic floor can be imagined as a basket. Those muscles should build strength as a set. This DVD lacks the needed variety. We need strong and flexible muscles. Imagine a weight lifter trying to do yoga....
Suzanne Andrews reply...
So you played it only once? It takes more than playing it once to work. The other DVD you purchased does not offer a chair exercise version so the person must be able to get down and up from the floor. As far as research, I',m a licensed Occupational Therapy Clinician and have the same urinary incontinence training as the clinician on the other DVD you purchased. Also, this DVD is not yoga and offers a complete set of medically proven exercises. I wish you the best of health.

This is an excellent DVD. It has really helped me with my situation. A physical therapist would have cost me a fortune. This was inexpensive, so really anyone can afford it. Plus it was nice to do these in the privacy of my own home. Most important is that these exercises taught here really work. If you are considering getting this DVD , Do it! I recommend it.
